It’s your blush, bronzer and highlighter in one easy sweep, working in harmony to give you an instant all-over glow. Infused with Drops of Light Technology, you’ll see beautiful radiance without glitter or shimmer, just the look of your most luminous skin! (That’s what the site says!)
It Cosmetics is known for their innovative beauty technology and their ingredients. This product is a silky, talc-free formula that contains Vitamin C and ceramides. It promises to give your skin a gorgeous warm glow. Beyond what’s actually in the palette, the packaging is super chic and so on trend with a holographic feel. If you’re the girl who is wowed by pretty boxes and things It Cosmetics won in this category. And the last bonus to this product is definitely the soft-as-baby-skin brush that you can purchase for an additional $48.
Buy or Nah:
Buy, but here’s my disclaimer. In comparison to other blush and bronzers this product is lacking the pigment that brown girls need and swoon over (the swatch picture above is one stroke of the product). But with that said it’s a good product to use to if you’re looking for something that is buildable. I would only recommend the Natural shade for brown girls (I’m wearing this shade in the picture above). The other two colors won’t perform well, if at all, next to the powers of your melanin. Since combo beauty products are the new new on the block (think Kevyn Aucoin Neo priced at $58) it’s quite the steal for $35.
Buy or Nah is a series that discovers and reviews new (or new to me) beauty and hair products. I give you my first thoughts, the product details and tell you whether or not you should buy the product. For more product reviews, click here.
