MOST WANTED: I Totes Need This Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

urban decay naked palette 3

What’s the one thing I discovered this week that I must have? Urban Decay’s Naked 3 palette!

Yes, hunty! It’s out… and sold out! It was recently released on Urban Decay’s website. When I found out I went straight to their site to peep it and it was gone. I have the first two palettes and now I want this one. I’m not a beauty guru by any means but I like natural palettes. I don’t know, for the life of me, how to create all the awesomeness I see on other people. I just figure you can’t go wrong with shades of brown, gold, and gray.

I stalked the first palette until this year. I made every excuse not to spend $50 on eye shadow and then I spent more than that trying to recreate what I thought would come close. I could only go in Ulta but so many times before finally breaking down. It was EVERTYHING I imagined.

That brush.. that velvety texture… the ease of application! So, me being the obsessive individual that I am, I bought the Naked 2. A lot of reviews say that it’s more matte, but I think Naked 2 has more sparkle, IMO. Naked 3 is said to have more of a rose gold base. Now, my skin tone is hard to pick up neutral colors to the extent of other complexions. I like them because a little shimmer and enhancement is enough for me. I don’t use a lot of color, even on my lips. I’m M.A.C. “Oh Baby” and “Sinnamon” all day.

The Naked 3 palette is $52. Just $2 more than the previous palettes. The Naked 3 palette is packaged like the Naked 2, in a snap case with a dual ended brush. It also comes with four Primer Potion. Naked 3 appears to be sold out everywhere in the US. But I’ve actually found it on a UK site, House of Fraser.

You can thank me in the comments section.

SO.. what’s on your “Most Wanted” list?

Naked 1 was HANDS DOWN one of the best beauty purchases I’ve ever made. But I’m on the fence about this palette. It’s very…pink. And I’m not sure I can pull these shadows off without coming off vaguely ill.

I have tried all the Naked palettes and really like the Naked 3 palette. I have found it was ideal for daytime daily use. Here’s a video I posted on how I use them:
