You wanna talk about Amazeballs! (Haven’t used that word in a minute).

I woke up this morning doing my usual. Social networking, duh. Tweeting and Instagramming. I came across this photo posted by actor turned pretty-darn-good photographer Lance Gross.

The original concept comes from pop star Janet Jackson for Rolling Stone.

Amazing right. Well I’ve got one even better. My partner and I shot this same concept over 4 years ago. I think we did a pretty good job. And yes those are Mikael Aaron’s hands, LOL.

Yours by far. I never thought I’d say this because it’s such an iconic image and wonderful, but I think the Janet Jackson version is my least favorite. I love the contrast of skin color going on in both yours and Lance Gross’. That black-and-white is pretty awesome though…
