Remember way back when I told y’all I was getting new glasses. I was suppose to blog about them and how great my service was.
Well the service was uber wack and I choose not to blog about it. Meaning I didn’t get paid (see I have morals and ethics!) I did visit the store because I had a gift card and I didn’t want it to go to waste. My third trip to the store was a little better and I even picked out a pair of Ray-ban’s. Since I was so frustrated with this experience I threw the glasses in my I’m-never-gonna-wear-pile and that’s where they stayed.
Well here we are 6 months later and as I pack to move (does fashionable cartwheels) I said let me at least wear them once. Well hunny, I kinda like them a lot. I won’t name the company but if you are smart you will figure it.
I am so glad that the Junior League of Baltimore reached out to me to attend this event. The Boutique Warehouse Sale had loads of great deals, delish cocktails, fabulous finger foods, and about a thousand shopaholics. Nothing like being in a room full of people addicted to shopping — just like you.
It was a little tricky getting to the building but once inside I was greeted by the ladies of JLB and to my surprise everyone noticed me thanks to my video of their press event (check it out here).
Last week I was invited to a press event for the Junior League of Baltimore. I’m super excited for their Boutique Warehouse Sale this Thursday March 8th because not only do I need new spring threads but the proceeds benefits tons of great charity projects that the JLB hosts.
At the press event I was able to chat with the ladies behind the organization. We talked about what exactly the JLB does, who benefits from all of their hard work, and all the fabulous boutiques participating at the Boutique Warehouse Sale.
Check out the video from the press event after the jump & join me on March 8th. Continue reading →
