Talk about surprised. I never thought that I would be typing the words “boyfriend” and “Crocs” in the same sentence. But it’s no joke.
When I first told my BF that I had been gifted a pair of Crocs I swear the little kids in India who make them heard his sigh. Well maybe not kids in India but it was definitely a huge sigh via text. I said, trust me these are not your typical Crocs. So I shared a picture of my new uber comfy shoes on Instagram and I sent him a text. His reply — Oh damn, something else you need an outfit for! Gotta love him.
My new Crocs were a part of the many items of swag that I got from FFFWeek. And let me tell you, after being in heels on the cruise and two days of runway shows, my feet were screaming THANK YOU LAWRD as soon as I stepped my left foot in. I’ve worn them 3 times already. I decided to check out what other styles they had and how much they were. I now own 3 pairs! I couldn’t resist. Comfort x Style + Affordable = SOLD!
And here’s the best part. I’ve got a $50 gift card for one of you lucky readies. All you have to do it leave me a comment HERE (not on any of my many social networking sites) telling me what style you would like and how you would rock them!
Just a few contest rules –> Contest ends June 28th, 2012 at 11:59pm, only open to US residents, your email address entered on your comment will serve as 1 entry, and only one entry is allowed.

I would say the Kadee Leopard Flat! I am a big fan of crocs and wear mine faithfully all season round. They are so comfortable for after work hours or when you just need a comfortable shoe for on the go. I adore the Kadee Leopard Flat because leopard is like a new favorite print that I can style with anything! The color is funky enough to rock with jeans or leggings which makes this shoe a win/win!

I’d like the Adrina flats. I’d wear mine with a pair of color skinny jeans and a lose fitted top with and long necklace or my boyfriend jeans and casual tee for a cute, comfortable look.

I would love the Crocs Citrus and Aqua Carliana Peep Toe Ombre. I would wear them with a pair of citrus skinnies slightly cuffed with a bright tangerine silk tank to bring in the colorblocking.. A pair of gold hoops and a nice statement necklace!!!

The Adriana’s seem to be getting the most love. These would be great for walking along the boardwalk in this summer heat. Cute swimsuit, roarin’ thighs and curvy hips with my comfy Crocs!

Hi Ty!
First off thanks for sharing this! I particularly like Crocs because I work on my feet and they’re super comfy. I also have wide feet and these give you wiggle room. Imagine how hard it is trying to find a work shoe thats fashionable and comfortable that fit my wide feet?! Theres barely any in the market. I would love the Chameloen Adrina flat because they would be perfect with my deep purple maxi skirt with a white tank. It would be chic and effortless. These flats are the closest I’ve seen to the jellies! The last time i wore a pair, I was 7! Its in trend and random pop of a color for summer. These are amazing!!!
Xo, Jeke

I would love the aqua peep toe and the loafers. I have a 4 month old son and they would be a lifesaver when running errands. I want to be stylish as well as comfortable. Either pairwould look great with skinny jeans, brightlycolored top, and bold jewelry.

I’d totally wear the Carlie Croc flat with everything. I’ve had to retire my generic black flats b/c I can’t take the no-cushion-effect they were having on my feet. I own a pair of croc flip-flops and am in love (!) with the little nubs. Would love to experience them more often.

The Adrina crocs are soooo cute. I’d rock them with an a-line skirt with a simple tank and fun belt. Something with summer colors in it. Girlie and throwback look.

[...] The style style in the swag bag is the Carlie Peep Toe Ombre (Citrus/Aqua) and from the moment my wife put them on I could see the tension leave from her face. Seeing the other members of the #fahsionfront take off their five inch heels and put them on the same joy came across their face. You can read more on it from Ty Alexander over at Gorgeous in Grey. I heart the way Crocs feel and these are just too cute of a throwback to the 80′s jellies! I so need to win these for my upcoming travel. So I’m thinking I gotta get the Adrinas in the Oyster/Aqua combo. I love the pop of color on the footbed and that they have an open toe and slight wedge in there for support. I can totally wear these with my maxi dress and then turn right around and wear my white skirt and tunic top.
Hopefully my hubby will be as kind as your BF! =) Great blog and great giveaway!

The Adriana flat is really cute. I would never have known they were crocs. The are very versatile, I could see them working with any look, especially as a back up shoe when the heels are just not happening anymore. lol.
