You have got to love the ‘Jedi mind trick’ factor in marketing. Explanation — spent an hour trying on jeans & funky tees, then gagging at jewelry and trying on hats, just to get to the counter and they have conveniently placed holiday inspired nail polishes on the counter for you. SO of course I added 3 polishes to my collection (yes I am addicted).
I’ve been hooked on pairing different colors on my nails and this week is no different. The glitter polish from Forever21 is amazeballs. What’s great about their glitter polish vs many others is the big glitter flakes. The smaller flakes remind me too much of 5th grade. This polish is also really thick so it’s hard to get off — downfall. I need one of you DIYers to tell me an easier way. I paired my fab glitter red with Essie‘s First Dance, and Ruby Kisses’ Hot Pink Pants. Both are pretty thick polishes BUT I love the brush Ruby Kisses has created. It’s wide so you’re literally done your nail in two strokes. Be careful because too much will cause clumping and result in a do over!

Oh yea they are great with setting stuff right at the check-out line, and then PURPOSELY making you wait in line forever so that you are forced to look at the last minute goodies!
