RUNWAY REVIEW: NYFW CHRISTIAN SIRIANO SS2012

This season the Project Runway alum (and probably the most successful winner) Christian Siriano decided not to show at Lincoln Center. It was a task but I finally figured out where the show was and requested an invite. If you’re following me on Twitter you know how UBER excited I was when I received my confirmation for this show. I love his previous collections and I am always excited to see what new styles he drums up for Payless. 

In a studio with walls of exposed brick and filled with tons of chic fashionistas, editors, and celebs like Corinne Bailey, Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, and Joe Zee, Christian Siriano showed what I think is his best Spring Collection ever!

Christian incorporated all the new spring trends and still kept his signature poofs and ruffles. The show ended with a Carolina Herrera-ish parade of models in a V formation. Next spring look forward to more color blocking and the super maxi skirt/dress. Check out a few of my favs from the show.
