Even before I started blogging I’ve been that girl who could spend HOURS perusing the Innanets in search of a good read. I get lost in my thoughts and let them control my search bar and I look up it’s 2am and my To Do list is still unchecked. The joys of Google right!
Now that the Innanet is oversaturated with blogs that all seem to talk about the same damn thing (ebook coming soon), readers find it hard to find the good good section of the world wide web.
And since I’m your best digital girlfriend I decided to help you out a bit and give you some suggestions for your next reading session.
Here’s six newbie bloggers I’m obsessed with!
1.) Zoe from “Curlz And The City“
Besides the fact that Zoe is my Harlem boo (date soon ok, Zoe!), I love her little space on the Internet. She writes about her own personal style which is awe-worthy, gives tips on style and shares her love for traveling! Go read because I say so.
2.) Monique from “Keep Chasing The Stars“
I met Monique at Blogalicious this year and let me tell you…she’s a big ball of positivity! It’s quite refreshing! Her blog is all about helping you see and take action on your vision. Sometimes we all need a little help and I am all here for it. Go read because I say so.
3.) Ariel from “Revolutionary in Pink Pumps“
Ariel is the fastest talker I’ve ever met in my entire life. I think it’s because she has so many courageous and thought provoking ideas trapped in her brain. She’s the perfect mashup –social justice, culture obsessed, beauty and fashion girl! Go read because I say so.
4.) Vanessa from “Smart Little Cookie“
How freaking cute is her blog name? Genius I tell you. So adorbs! It’s everything. Clearly this is a foodie blog and I love it. She won my fat little heart with this buffalo chicken pizza (Me and pizza go together). Go read because I say so.
5.) Maisha from “That It Girl”
Maisha is one of my absolute favorites. Her blog is clean, she’s gorgeous and it’s a well-written blog about her love for all things gorgeous. Go read because I say so.
6.) Sanura from “I’m Taking Off”
Let’s start at that tagline — “For those who have considered quitting their jobs when the PTO wasn’t enough”. Chile! Hunty! Dear Sweet Baby Jesus, Sanura is a effing brilliant. Who wouldn’t want to read and be inspired by that? Go read because I say so.
