Not to brag, but I got a lot of swag, LOL.

Sometimes I never get to use it or I hate so I give it to someone who loves it. Since I’m highly attracted to a bright lippy, I decided to try out the Laura Mercier’s Creme Smooth Lip Colour in Plum Orchid. It was in my swag bag from the Glam Dinner along with tons of other products. I am completely in love and damn near addicted to this lippy (similiar to her foundation – read that post here).

On us brownies it’s totally not a plum, more like a really funky loud fuchsia color. THAT I love. Oh wait I said that.

Why I Love – Although the name of the color is way off, the name of the product is spot on. Creme Smooth is an understatement. I can best describe it as a perfect chemistry of a matte lip color and a glossy lipstick. It does take a few strokes to show up but once it’s on… it’s on. I only reapplied after eating my delish Subway tuna sandwich. And even then it was just because I wanted it popping again, not due to fading. So now, in addition to using her foundation each day, I have added her lipstick too!
