I think it’s safe to say that J-Lo’s favorite show stopper color might be emerald green. Jennifer Lopez wears an absolutely stunning gorgeous green gown from Emilio Pucci (who also must be one of her fav designer) showing a little bit of skin, an embellished sleeve, paired with a Lena Erziak clutch, and tons of curve. With royalty in attendance, many say it was an inappropriate look for the BAFTA Brits To Watch event held yesterday (July 9, 2011).
Supermodel Joan Smalls rocked this look at the Emilio Pucci Fall 2011 runway show in February, but at 2 or 3 sizes smaller you barely even notice how sexy this gown can be. The gown has been getting plenty of wears this season. You can also find Olivia Wilde sporting this green number on the top of a Manhattan building in the newest MARIE CLAIRE.
I don’t think J-Lo could hide those curves if she wanted to. It’s a shame that curvy women are viewed as too provocative and only seen as sex objects. Do you think a size bigger would have changed things for Jennifer? I don’t!

Sad thing is she doesn’t even look provocative….LOVE the dress and the color.

It really isn’t, but you can really see the difference in Joan’s fit and JLo’s fit.
