Chrisette Michele has a new look and new music. As a newbie to the red carpet interview scene, I will admit I was hella nervous, my hands were sweaty and shaky. And I certainly wasn’t prepared for the slick answers that Chrisette Michele mumbled with her seductive voice.
Rocking a simple pair of skinny jeans, a jean jacket, and a new cut that I am seriously swooning over, we chatted a bit (approximately three minutes) at Keith Campbell’s book launch.
Although she was quiet she was fiercely fabulous. She shared her break-up tips, what she’d bring on a dessert island, and what she hates about herself. Check for the interview on Hello Beautiful.

You can expect a new album from her soon (check her new song below) but for now we can just gawk over her style. She loves her latest luxe pair of Gisueppe Zanotti pumps and I think if I ask nicely I may be able to borrow these vintage Ted Lapidus frames … or maybe we can just cop them on Ebay.

I love Chrisette Michele! I have for years and I love how each time she comes out with an album she totally becomes more and more of herself, just open to new and fabulous things! Congratulations to you Ty for your new city, job and “access to celebrity” I love this post..too fab!
