Me and my work boos are about to embark in some serious shredding of the fat. We somehow signed up for Dr. Ian Smith‘s fitness challenge, in association with his new book “Shred Revolutionary Diet: 6 Weeks, 2 Inches, 2 Sizes”.
The cash money prize might have a little something to do with it, LOL!
The six-week plan combines meal spacing, snacking, meal replacement, strategic exercise, and diet confusion tips which should basically change our lives. In short–if I follow this plan to a “T” I should be at least 2 inches/2 sizes smaller. The team all weighs in on Monday (after the Super Bowl over-eating occurs)… that should be an interesting post to write.
I haven’t gotten on a scale since life begin to move at a race car speed. SOOOOO wish me luck, and of course I will keep you beauties updated with my meals, workouts, and per usually… my rants!
